Treated myself to a 30 mins deep tissue massage today, concentrating on my back where I struggle with a bad shoulder, I often have massages by various specialists including sports massages by sports massage specialists, and I can say hands down this was by far one of my best experiences, very friendly staff in a very clean and relaxed atmosphere, and felt in very good hands, left feeling revitalised, this little gem of a place ticked all the boxes, excited to return very shortly to experience a fully body massage. I would highly recommend giving this place a try.

. Just had my first Deep tissue massage for 30 minutes and first visit to Oasis. Was great. All knots are gone. Very welcoming and easy to book. I do recommend. **EDIT ON 5 STAR REVIEW** Attended today 10/08/24, as i am having neck trouble and wanted to book in for later today. As soon as i walked in i was told straight away rudely i am busy. No hello or any kind of greeting. Advised i just wanted to be booked in later asked around what time, replied 6pm. Was told abruptly 20.30. Which is advertised as their closing time so was a little confused. Lots of appointments on Treatwell but as i was passing, i thought i would pop in. Lady came across very rude. I could have had an appointment, but was never asked. Due this i doubt i would be back again. The lady on reception before was lovely and very professional. It is a shame as they really helped last time and are local, but i am beliver in good service, which unfortunately was not received and as a result i doubt i would be returning.

I had a deep tissue massage on 8/3/25 that I booked after seeing good reviews. I requested Ally. I was greeted by a lady who didn’t understand what I was saying. My name and booking time. I was ushered to the room which was clean looking. The bed had a towel on it. No indication of where the hole for my face to go as the bed was covered but the lady didn’t make this clear until I was half naked at wrong end of bed. She pushed a hole through the paper towel covering the bed but it seemed exposed foam. I had No consultation which I really needed before massage. Massage started then lady started shouting to someone, left the room and another lady came in and took over. No explanation! The new lady left the room a further twice to answer the door and deal with customers. She left the door slightly open. By this time I am feeling really uncomfortable. She just kept saying how busy she was. Even though she had left the massage for about 5 minutes in total she finished dead on 30 minutes. Didn’t talk to me as I left just held the door open and was on the phone. The worst experience I have ever had. The back of my head is still sore and I do not feel any relief after this awful experience. If someone from oasis could respond. Ideally I want a full refund.
